Please note: This notice has been issued as notification that the Authority has reached a decision not to award the above named contract. The decision has been reached on the basis that , upon review of the tendered solutions, the Authority was not satisfied that any of them offered a minimum viable product with which to progress this project.
The tender for the Provision of a Learning Management System (LMS) has therefore been cancelled with immediate effect.
