Description of the procurement

Plymouth Community Homes is currently seeking expressions of interest for the Supply of Workwear and PPE for approximately 400 employees. Potential suppliers will need to meet the following criteria:
• To provide Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment including but limited to; t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, trousers, weather wear, high-visibility clothing, footwear including safety shoes/boots, gloves, head, knee, face and eye safety products, respiratory and hearing protection
• Online ordering portal
• Emergency replacement uniform on the same working day
• Clothing embroidery with company logo’s
• Standard items delivered within 1-3 days
• Eco-friendly packaging and materials
• ISO 14001 accreditation
• Provision of CE marked PPE and complies with the Personal Protective Equipment Regulations 2002
• Dedicated Account Management Team
• Clothing samples for sizing
• Free of charge delivery and returns with a minimum 28 day return policy
