County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Authority (CDDFRA) wish to engage with suppliers to supply key elements of station end equipment which are both cost effective and resilient to modernise the Authority’s mobilising system.
30 x 12v, 40Ahr battery with 10-year life.
Costed option for 15 x Mobilising Message Display Processors.
Costed option for 24 hour support 365 days per year.
The contractor will be required to decommission the existing equipment, install and configure the new equipment into the existing cabinets. Connect communications bearers and peripherals and test.
The contractor must provide sufficient training to CDDFRA ICT staff to enable them to provide first line maintenance and management of the equipment.
The Contractor must provide helpdesk support during office hours.
