Description of the procurement

PLEASE NOTE: This procurement will be run in accordance with the Light Touch Regime using an Open Tender set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The Current budget allocation guaranteed for the contract is £4.5 M over the contract period.
HOWEVER, the maximum potential envelope envisaged for this contract if additional funding becomes available could be in the region of £10M (subject of course to the additional provisions of Art. 72 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015)
