Hyde wishes to establish a Framework Agreement comprising of 8 Lots for the provision of these services. The following Lots were not listed in the original Contract Notice due to a restriction on word count. The Lots not originally listed were Lot 5(b) - Metering & billing, debt collection and current pre-payment meters requirement within both the North and South Areas. Lot 7 - Metering, billing, debt collection and maintenance of metered heat networks (combined option of 5 and 6) - Combined maintenance and metering billing and debt collection services in both North and South Areas and Lot 8 - Capital replacement of heat meters within both the North and South Areas.
