Short description

The Contractor shall carry out Grounds Maintenance works to police stations, VRI suites (formerly Family Protection Units), empty Police houses, Beat and Police Offices, Single Quarters and Radio Mast sites within the locations as specified.
The Contractor is to provide the correct machinery/equipment/transport to undertake the specified works at the required frequencies.

Other additional information

Due to the fact the we have added the 3 POLICE COVER SITES to the pricing schedule, we are opening for:
• clarification questions until Friday 31st March 16:00 hours.
• clarification answers until Tuesday 4th April 16:00 hours.
Please note that you should only submit questions in relation to those 3 POLICE COVER SITES. Please be aware that due to the functionality of the sites the Authority might not be able to answer all questions.
The Authority is also extending the tender submission deadline to 11th April 2023 16:00 Hours.
