This procurement is being carried out in order to establish a single supplier Framework Agreement for the auction sale of a variety of vehicles, plant and machinery from Leeds City Council (also referred to throughout this specification as ‘the Council’) and Wakefield Council. The Framework Agreement is available to Leeds City Council, Wakefield Council and may also be utilised by other local authorities across the Yorkshire and Humberside region. For the avoidance of doubt, these contracting bodies are deemed ‘Customers’ under the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement, once in place, will be for a period of 4 years, with no option to extend. All assets will be sold as seen. All vehicles are sold without road tax and some may have no current vehicle test certificate.
