Justification has been provided from 2013 (copy attached) which supports the case which has 
been used ever since. The software for the UPS systems remains copyrighted to Socomec UK 
Ltd and hence support must be carried out by Socomec.
Rates have increased 3% since last year which in the current market seems fair.
