As a Grant Recipient and under the funding agreement with European Regional 
Development Fund, SCIP is required to undertake a Summative Assessment to understand 
the impact that the programme has made. 
1.3 In order to comply with the above, the East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking to 
commission a Summative Assessment of the SCIP project. The Summative Assessment 
will conform to the standard outlined in the ERDF Project Summative Assessment 
Guidance - Appendices (ESIF-GN-1-034 V3, April 2019)
