Description:

The Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme Behaviour Change Services in Swindon and Wiltshire will support those who have been abusive or are at risk of being abusive to change their behaviour through the provision of a behaviour change programme and will support survivors and associated affected individual(s) identified as being at high risk of serious harm or homicide from the behaviours of the perpetrators within the Service.

This contract is divided into Two lots to provide:
 Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme Behaviour Change Service in the Swindon Borough Council area (Lot 1) and 
To provide Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme Behaviour Change Service in the Wiltshire Council area (Lot 2). 
Tenderers will be able to tender for one or both lots.

The successful Tenderer of the Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme Behaviour Change Services will:
•	Support those who have been abusive or are at risk of being abusive to change their behaviour through the provision of a behaviour change programme.
•	Offer to each service user a risk led response that proactively addresses and reduces the risks to themselves and others, as part of a whole family approach.
•	Support the perpetrator, directly or through working jointly with other agencies, with their identified support and practical needs and motivate engagement in activities that will produce sustained behaviour and offending change.
•	Deliver the service in the context of a multi-agency response. 
•	Work with survivors and associated affected individual(s) identified as being at risk of serious harm or homicide from abusive behaviours by perpetrators referred to the service to feel safer and to build capacity, resilience, and greater control.
•	Contribute to the achievement of Priority 2 and Priority 4 of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan:
•	Reduce violence and serious harm
•	Improve the experience of Victims and deliver justice
