This framework seeks to offer the benefits of best practice in contract delivery and collaborative working practices for bpha and other framework users. The framework is to operate across the geographical area of bpha’s stock and will be open to all UK public sector bodies to access via a Joining Agreement between bpha, the service provider and Pretium Frameworks Ltd, who bpha has appointed to administer the framework for external users on its behalf. Access to the framework will be subject to approval by bpha. The estimated total value of the Framework is circa £6.6 million. Of this, bpha anticipate internal expenditure of circa £5.15 million with the remainder estimated from external users.
