AnnexD

Thames Valley Police (TVP) and Hampshire Constabulary (HC) have established a Joint ICT (JICT) Unit. TVP lead on procurement activities for items to be purchased against account codes identified as being for the JICT or if the project has been approved via the Joint Chief Officers Group irrespective of if for TVP, HC or both. This project is to be delivered for both TVP and HC and led by TVP procurement. TVPHC is seeking to explore options to refresh its BWV estate once its existing contract expires on 31/03/2024. It has not precluded any possibilities at this stage, including remaining with the existing supplier, awarding via an existing Framework or completing a full tender process.
