One Housing / The Riverside Group invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisation in relation to the Contract for the Provision for Commercial Gas Servicing Repairs & Installation Works including Heat Interface Units (HIU's). This will be a JCT MTC 2016 Contract which will run for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend.
The requirement of this Contract will include (but not limited to) communal gas boiler servicing, communal gas boiler responsive maintenance, breakdown and replacement of communal boilers and similar heat sources located within Centralised communal Boiler Houses and Plant Room Sites they serve including infrastructure and Common Areas.

One Housing / The Riverside Group also reserves the right not to award a contract. Neither One Housing / The Riverside Group nor any person on whose behalf of whom this procurement is undertaken is to be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for this Contract.
TUPE data will not be issued at Selection Questionnaire (SQ) stage. TUPE data will only be issued at Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage subject to completion of the TUPE declaration form.
One Housing / The Riverside Group will observe a standstill period and completion of the Section 20, stage 2 Leaseholder Consultation period, following the award of the Contract.
