Explanation
This notice relates to the extension of the current contract utilising Provisions of Regulation 72 1(c). The Authority confirm that:
i) The need for extension is a result of increased and enhanced digital offerings provided within these services due to the pandemic. Time is required to review and consult on potential changes in relation to the delivery of services for the future contract(s) due to the changes instigated during this time.
ii) The extension does not alter the nature of the contract.
iii) The extension does not exceed 50% of the value of the original contract
