The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (The Authority) has a requirement for a supplier to develop and deliver a Customer Service Pilot Training Programme for Warwickshire Police. Warwickshire Police have a commitment to the development of its people to ensure they have the capability and capacity to deal with current and future demands for the successful delivery of policing services to the public. The Chief Constable’s vision is that the organisation becomes: • More customer focused. • That we further improve our communication skills and how we communicate with each other and externally. Following internal consultation we wish to run a pilot programme of customer service training. The project scope is to secure a supplier who can design and deliver a proof-of-concept pilot.
