Doncaster Council invites tenders for the provision of a Supported Lodgings and Floating Support Service.to support 12 young people at any one time within a supported lodging environment with a maximum stay of up to 12 months. Young People are placed within hosts, and live as part of the hosts household whilst receiving support from the host and provider. The service also provides 30 units of Floating Support. This service provides visiting support to Service Users where needed, including a period of resettlement support to those moving on from Supported Lodgings to ensure tenancy sustainment, as well as supporting young people already in accommodation but requiring housing related support to maintain their accommodation, avoid crisis and prevent homelessness.

Description of the procurement
