Short description

The Police and Crime Commissioners for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex are looking to conduct market research into Sexual Assault Referral Services for Forensic and Healthcare Support to Victims of Sexual Violence. In addition the Authorities are looking to seek an understanding of suppliers interest in legal entity for the ISO Accreditation.
The services will need to comply with both the CQC and Forensic Regulator stipulated ISO standards. The successful service provider will be expected to be the Legal Entity for the purposes of the ISO standards
This market research will consist of Requests for Information and market engagement events.

Description of the procurement

The service - Forensic and Healthcare support to victims of sexual violence (Sexual Assault Referral Services)
Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire have determined the supplier of the Sexual Assault Referral Service will become the legal entity for the ISO Accreditation and subsequent Quality Management System. Therefore, the organisation, which is awarded the accreditation, is responsible for ensuring that accreditation requirements are met and will be financially and legally responsible for the activities performed under the accreditation.
