At this stage Commissioners will be holding two market engagement events:
- An initial Market Engagement Event will be held on Friday 30th September 2022 at Staffordshire Police Headquarters, Conference Room 2, Block 7, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0YY. The purpose of this initial market engagement event is to provide interested parties with comprehensive details of the services required.
- A second Market Engagement Event will be held on Thursday 3rd November 2022 at Staffordshire Police Headquarters, Conference Room 2, Block 7, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0YY. The purpose of this second event is to support all interested parties to identify opportunities for collaboration and provide information to support bid preparation.
Parties wishing to attend these events should login to, or register as a new supplier on, the Bluelight emergency services e-tendering portal and send a message to the buyer expressing an interest, before midday on 16th September 2022.
It is also asked that Interested organisations confirm who will be attending each of the above events in advance. Interested organisations will also be asked to complete and return a proforma providing details of their organisation and the services they offer, prior to the event.
