Replacement of the existing heating boilers within plant room, along with the modifications to the existing flue system and pipe work to suit.  The existing heating circuits and pumps are to remain. Modifications to electrical circuits and controls system as required.   Asbestos abatement in the form of encapsulation works to the walls will also be necessary.
