Short description

For this procurement, the PCC’s for Devon and Cornwall Police and Dorset Police hereby known as “the Customers”, wish to award separate contracts for the provision of services.
Tenderers are invited to tender for the Customer's requirements for provision of banking services. The contract opportunity is separated into Lots for this procurement process, as follows:
Lot 1 – Devon and Cornwall Police
Lot 2 – Dorset Police
The procurement procedure is being managed as an Open Procedure in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015.
The Customers seek to award 5 year contracts with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years in increments of 1 year.
The contracts for both lots shall commence on 1st October 2022.

Description of the procurement

This procurement is being administered by the South West Police Procurement Service (SWPPS), a service hosted and managed by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall. It administers most of the procurements for goods, services and works undertaken by the respective Police and Crime Commissioners and Chief Constables of Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
