Royal Berkshire Fire Authority is seeking to appoint a new Contractor to provide planned and reactive maintenance for electrical works where this does not form part of a building maintenance project. The Contractor will provide the service across the property portfolio. The new contract must be in place by 1st August 2022. The final contract will be a JCT 2016 measured term contract.
