The assets included within this specification encompass a range of: • Electrical Installation Condition Reports • Photovoltaic Systems  • Fixed Appliance Testing  The works will include: • Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards • Repairs,  • Call-outs, • Fault diagnosis  • Minor New Works
