Description of the procurement
Thames Valley Police (TVP) as the Authority is interested in suppliers that can provide a resilient, highly-flexible, and future-proof CMS & QMS SaaS solution to cover the needs of Forensic teams within TVP and Hampshire Constabulary (HC). The Authority will consider a fully-managed service provision for either a single software solution or two separate systems linked by open application programming interfaces (APIs).
Previous PIN notices 2021-532196 (FIU eQMS) and 2021-599027 (FCIU Accreditation Database & Case Management System) have been superseded by the requirements outlined within this PIN.
The solution(s) must provide for the provisions outlined in ISO 17020 and 17025, and must be compliant with legislative and regulatory body expectations (including, but not limited to, MOPI, BS-10008 and the Forensic Science Regulator (FSR) codes of conduct and practice).

The name of your organisation, company size (e.g. if an SME), and contact details for the individual(s) who will participating in the supplier engagement.
A short summary of the solution you will be recommending in response to the above, including whether you recommend a single software solution, or two solutions linked by open API.
A brief overview on your experience with providing a fully-managed SaaS solution to other police forces in relation to CMS & QMS solutions.

Please be advised that in preparation to participate in this competition for this contract that the Cyber essentials scheme is mandatory for central government contracts which involve handling personal information and providing certain ICT products and services.

Thames Valley Police require all successful suppliers to have NPPV clearance.
Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so.
