Following the landmark decision for the Surrey Police Headquarters to remain at the Mount Browne estate in Guildford the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey is looking to appoint a commercial agent for a period of 4 years with 3 optional extensions of 1 year for the disposal of the former ERA site on Cleeve Road in Leatherhead as well as to act on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey in relation to any additional land acquisitions or disposals required to deliver the Surrey Police Building the Future Programme and interlinked Estates Strategy works.
