Short description
This is a PIN for the design, manufacture and assembly of a mirror steering system for use in a vacuum vessel.
The scope of this PIN is to outline the concept design and requirements for the mirror steering system in preparation for a formal bid process, and understand the capability and capacity of industry, via supplier responses, to undertake the future project.
The EBW launcher is part of a plasma heating and current drive system that involves microwaves being directed into the plasma at a specific set of angles.
