The Works are to form a Memorial Garden at the Kent Police College (KPC Site) in Maidstone, Kent. This generally is formed of a hardstanding area, and a concrete wall for dedication plaques and ceremonies (seen as the 'war memorial' on the plans).   
There is an element of design work required.  See Specification for details.
