Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner is looking to establish a framework for the provision of a variety of Estates and Facilities services. It is intended that the framework will be divided into multiple lots; and final decisions around the formation and number of lots will be made following market engagement. The framework lots intend to cover, but are not limited to, the following areas of estates and facilities services; Heating and plumbing (inc PPM and Reactive),Water compliance, Electrical services (inc PPM and Reactive),Gritting, Generators, Asbestos, Gates and barriers, Grounds maintenance, Security, Lifts, Surveying and building valuations.
We have a proposed date for market engagement of the 6th January 2022 and are seeking suppliers who may be interested in the framework to express an interest and indicate which areas of facilities/estates services they can provide.
