University of Plymouth is looking to appoint a contractor to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance under contract for a duration of 3 years with potential for a further 2 annual extensions (maximum 5 years contract). This contract will cover services on the university’s main campus, which is located in central Plymouth, The John Bull Building and Derriford Research Facility (JBB/DRF) are located 4 mlies to the north of the main campus. Ther are also a number of outlying sites; Cookworthy Building, Robbins Car Park &Entrance, Thomas Pitts Hall, Emdeck and Marine Station Atillery.
