The 7 Force Procurement Team, on behalf of The Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent, is seeking a contractor to inspect and maintain fire doors across Kent Police sites, countywide. Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority also seeks a contractor for these services.

Description of the procurement

The Authority is looking to procure Fire Door Inspection and Maintenance Services as detailed within the tender documentation. Kent Fire has in the region of 570+ fire doors across 60 sites countywide.
The contracts shall be based on the NEC4 Term Short Service Contract (TSSC) terms and conditions as supplemented by the 7 Force Schedule of Amendments for NEC4, and shall be for a maximum duration of 4 years, made up of an initial term of 2 years plus optional extensions.
