Short description
On the 2nd October 2020, the UK Government announced the introduction of the Port Infrastructure Fund (PIF), available to Ports across the UK to improve readiness for the completion of the UK's exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021. The results of the competitive bidding process were published on 17th December 2020.
In support of this, Peel Ports have now awarded a contract to complete the Works within the required timescales across 3 of its major sites; Port of Liverpool, Port of Heysham and Clydeport.

Description of the procurement
