Additional information

The Company is procuring a framework agreement which is open for itself and all policing bodies and law enforcement agencies to use. Call-off contracts may be awarded at any time during the remainder of the term of the framework agreement, subject to the provisions regarding the term of call-off contracts as set out in the framework agreement and template call-off contract (including, without limitation, that any other customer’s call-off contract must be co-terminous with that of the Company).
The Company will operate as agent for other customers in managing their call-off contracts, to ensure streamlined service delivery. Further details are included in the framework agreement and template call-off contract.
The estimated value of the framework described in this OJEU notice is £6million. This is on the assumption that a number of call-off contracts, in addition to the Company’s own contract, are awarded. The Company estimates the value of its own contract (assuming that all five years of the call-off contract term are utilised) to be £2-£3million. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company gives no warranty or representation as to the value of any call-off contract, or the number of call-off contracts, if any, which may be awarded
