Description of the procurement

Prior Information Notice (PIN) for Intelligent Automation framework agreement. NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) are consulting on a proposal to tender for the provision of Intelligent Automation to support NHS Organisations and the wider public sector.
To help define and develop our national procurement strategy and help in the development of our service specification to meet the needs of NHS Organisations and wider Public Sectors, NHS Shared business services are engaging with potential providers prior to the release of any official tender documents.
NHS SBS is currently considering using the following lots for this procurement, however it reserves the right to change any aspect of the lotting structure or not use lots as part of any future tender process: Intelligent Automation Adoption and Implementation Services, Intelligent Automation Software and Licensing and Intelligent Automation as a Service.
