The Contractor is required to provide Security Services and Reception Services on a 24/7 365 day basis at Six Hills Court, Stevenage in accordance with the requirements detailed within the Statement of Requirements.
A minimum of two Security Officer must be provided during Normal Office Hours to operate the Reception and the Vehicle Gate Sentry, undertake the necessary Patrols and other requirements of the service. Outside of Normal Office hours and at Weekends, Security Officers may be reduced to one.
NPPV3 level of vetting is required for every security guard.

Objective rules and criteria for participation

List and brief description of rules and criteria: TENDER EVALUATION AND SCORING
Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous Tender (MEAT) having regard to the criteria and scoring as set out in this Tender Evaluation Model.
Tenderers will be scored only on the information contained within their Tender submissions, within presentation content or site visits (where applicable).
Tenderers must be aware that in evaluating Tenders the Authority will not score or take into consideration any elements of a Tender that “exceed” the stated requirements other than those expressly required by the Authority, as detailed within the Specification of Requirements and Method Statements.
