This Prior Information Notice has been published to inform the market of the forthcoming tender for Bedfordshire Police to procure a Contractor to provide Manned Security Guarding and Associated Services at Six Hills Court, Stevenage. The site area is approximately 7,150 m² (1.75 acres) and provides 150 parking spaces. The Contractor must have sufficient pool of pre-vetted Security Officers with proven levels of skills and experience to meet the requirements of the service taking into account the Authority’s security vetting requirements NPPV3, changing priorities and operational policing requirements.A minimum of two Security Officers must be provided during Normal Office Hours to operate the Reception and the Vehicle Gate Sentry , undertake the necessary Patrols and other requirements of the service. Outside of Normal Office hours and at Weekends, Security Officers may be reduced to one.

Description of the procurement
