Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service (NFRS) have a requirement for Wellbeing Services for an initial three-year period to support approximately 500 employees.
The tender shall be split into the following lots:
Lot 1 - Basic occupational health
Lot 2 - EAP Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Lot 3 - Mental Health Specialist services and wellbeing team training and support
Lot 4 - Fitness Testing Programme
Lot 5 - Sport Therapy & Rehabilitation Services
Lot 6 - Resilience training officers and watches
Documentation shall be available from Thursday 17 December 2020.
The Contracting Authority Reserves the right to award the contract(s) for some or all or none of the lots.
