Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue are releasing a tendering requirement for Wellbeing Services for an initial three-year period to support approximately 500 employees.
The tender shall be split into the following lots:
Lot 1 - Basic occupational health
Lot 2 - EAP Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Lot 3 - Mental Health Specialist services and wellbeing team training and support
Lot 4 - Fitness Testing Programme
Lot 5 - Sport Therapy & Rehabilitation Services
Lot 6 - Resilience training officers and watches
We are seeking to gauge expressions of interest prior to the release of tendering documentation on or around 14 December 2020.
