This opportunity is only open to suppliers named on under CCS Framework RM6008 Lot 3. This contract is being offered under the Crown Commercial Management Consultancy Framework Two – RM6008 Framework Terms and Conditions, Lot 3 Complex & Transformation Consultancy Services which will govern any resultant Contract, The Management Consultancy Framework Two call off order form will be used. The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is governed by the Civil Nuclear Police Authority (CNPA). The Civil Nuclear Police Authority (CNPA) is seeking a Strategic Partner to support the delivery of its three-year strategy. This is a call off contract and as such the CNPA cannot guarantee volumes or value of work. The Term of the Contract is 3 years with the option to extend by a further 1 year to a maximum of 4 years.
Only suppliers named on CCS RM6006 Management Consultancy Framework Two can EOI or bid. The Civil Nuclear Police Authority is seeking a Strategic Partner to support the delivery of its three-year strategy. This is a call off contract and CNPA cannot guarantee volumes of work across the 4 year term.

This is a call off contract and as such the CNPA cannot guarantee volumes or value of work to the successful Supplier. The estimated total value of the contract is up to £4m across 4 years with there being no commitment on the CNPA to spend. Suppliers should note that armed policing of the UK’s Civil Nuclear interests is the CNC’s raison d'être. Suppliers will be proved with the three documents but will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to them being supplied.
