PCC wishes to invite tenders for the establishment of a Framework Agreement available to Police Forces in the North West Region, for the hire of second hand vehicles. This opportunity is for the spot hire of vehicles for covert purposes on an as and when basis for varying lengths of hire period. The vehicles will have an operational aspect to them in that they will be used by police officers for duties ranging from covert surveillance ro intelligence gathering. Tenderers should note that this is a separate arrangement to that of hire for staff self drive vehicles for non-operational purposes and is not a long term leasing arrangement.
