Short description

Victims of crime are surveyed to find out they feel about the level of service that they received from the Police; the surveys used are referred to as User Satisfaction Surveys. The information obtained from these surveys is used to improve victim satisfaction with the Police. User Satisfaction Surveys were previously a mandatory requirement for all forces; however since mandation has ceased, forces are still expected to contact victims of crime and act on their feedback, recognising that an excellent victim-led service is a key component of Forces performance frameworks and strategies. This contract will require the successful supplier to contact victims of crime and obtain their views on their interaction with the Police.
