The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a Framework Agreement consisting of up to 10 Registered Providers to source, supply and manage up to 100 properties of various sizes both within and outside of the borough. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of three years commencing on 04 January 2021 with a maximum budget of £1,000,000. The properties will be used subject to an agreed incentive paid to the Registered Provider based on the property’s size and length of tenancy offered.

Description of the procurement

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a Framework Agreement consisting of up to 10 Registered Providers to source, supply and manage up to 100 properties of various sizes both within and outside of the borough. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of three years commencing on 04 January 2021 with a maximum budget of £1,000,000. The properties will be used subject to an agreed incentive paid to the Registered Provider based on the property’s size and length of tenancy offered. The London Borough of Camden reserves the right not to use the Framework Agreement should either the maximum of 100 properties be obtained or the accumulative financial incentives reach the maximum budget of £1,000,000. The procurement will be undertaken using the Open Procedure in accordance with Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The award of the contract will be based upon the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the methodology set out in the Invitation to Tender.

PLEASE SEE TENDER DOCUMENTS IN EU SUPPLY (WWW.EU-SUPPLY.COM).
A panel of Council Officers will evaluate tenders as set out in the Invitation to Tender. The award criteria is based on a quality / price split of 40% / 60%. There will be no guarantees from the London Borough of Camden regarding the volume of work or financial incentives offered to any potential Registered Provider on the framework agreement. There will be no exclusivity requirements for the London Borough of Camden to use this framework agreement, in order to allow Council Officers to make full use of all approaches to locate available properties.
