West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner is seeking to commission Support Services for Victims of Sexual Violence, Exploitation and Abuse, across the following services:

Please note: that whilst this procurement is being conducted as a single exercise the services commissioned will be separate and all documentation has been presented accordingly for absolute clarity.

Additional information

In section II.1.6 we have indicated that this requirement will not be split into Lots. Please note: this exercise comprises 2 Lots in total. The Commissioner's e-tendering platform generates separate selection questionnaires for each Lot selected. In the interests of making the bidding process as simplified as possible we have de-selected Lots from the form above so that bidders interested in more than one Lot do not have to complete duplicate forms. Full details on the Lots structure is contained in the procurement documents accessible via the link above.
Please also note that although this is a single exercise, 2 separate PIN's were issued, one per service. The reference given above relates to the Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Service reference 2020/S 144-355967.
In addition PIN reference 2020/S 129-318045 was issued and relates to the Independent Sexual Violence Advocacy (ISVA) Service.
This is a procurement for Services specified in the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as those covered by the Light Touch Regime. The Commissioner is advertising this opportunity voluntarily in OJEU in accordance with the spirit of the EU Treaty principles , to generate competition and ensure fairness, openness and transparency.
