Short description

Cleveland Fire Brigade are seeking tenders from suitably qualified providers that are capable of providing Human Resource Software Systems.
The Software Systems must provide a cradle to grave HR process and provide Attendance & Rostering and Duty System requirement as detailed within the Specification of Requirements and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Contract. Tenders that do not comply with these conditions may not be considered.
The Solution must be compliant with the guidelines and recommendations defined within ISO/IEC27001 and with the PSN code of connection and the vendor must provide assurance what at no point should client data be replicated to hardware located outside the EU.

Description of the procurement

Cleveland Fire Brigade are seeking tenders from suitably qualified providers that are capable of providing Human Resource Software Systems.
The Software Systems must provide a cradle to grave HR process and provide Attendance & Rostering and Duty System requirement as detailed within the Specification of Requirements and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Contract. • Provide manager and employee access
• Provide self-service functionality
• Incorporate automated reminders for workflow deadlines
• Implement electronic document storage facility
• Data reporting
• Front end interface automatically linked to all supporting information feeds
