Description of the procurement

The service comprises responsive repairs and maintenance and void works to the Client’s housing stock in the Berkshire/Maidenhead area.
One Housing Group are utilising a Schedule of Rates pricing model with tasks to other areas.
The works are of a random nature, mostly arising out of residents’ notifying One Housing Group of repairs to their homes, and can be situated anywhere within the defined Contract Area.

Works are cyclical in nature and the Service Provider will be required to plan works to ensure compliance with the servicing requirements of each individual component.
