Description of the procurement
The service comprises responsive repairs and maintenance and void works to the Client’s housing stock in the Berkshire/Maidenhead area.
One Housing Group are utilising a Schedule of Rates pricing model with tasks to other areas.
The works are of a random nature, mostly arising out of residents’ notifying One Housing Group of repairs to their homes, and can be situated anywhere within the defined Contract Area.
