Short description

The London Borough of Havering ("LBH") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced contractors for the delivery of its door and window replacement programme 2021-2026. The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors. Works will be delivered via fixed cost, SOR and quotation pricing pricing under a JCT Measured Term Contract (as amended) for a maximum of five years (3 + 1 + 1).
LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and its associated appendices.

Description of the procurement

The London Borough of Havering ("LBH") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced contractors for the delivery of its door and window replacement programme 2021-2026. The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors. The estimated value of the contract is £10,000,000.00; however the value could increase to a maximum of £20,000,000.00 over its Term.
LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and its associated appendices. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, LBH will shortlist a maximum of 7 bidders to be Invited to Tender under the second stage of the process.
