AGCSU seeks to develop a long term relationship with a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to support it in developing, iterating, and delivering a robust and comprehendible healthcare inequalities support programme (including the development of viable products and solutions) within a primary care environment that can be used to show benefits / evidence across local, regional and national levels. This support will include creating new market opportunities for the CSU, identifying and developing pilot sites for the programmes (liaising with relevant key organisations and players within the field of primary care and health inequalities) and provide hands on support for the delivery of this. The Supplier must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of: - PCNs and primary care at scale, the current service specifications contract requirements and impacts of health inequalities on primary care - Wider health inequalities determinant, the drivers of these and the relationships of this to primary care - Key drivers in primary care which underpin the need for a service such as this - The CSU’s operating landscape, and the context within which the CSU operates, both in local systems and the strategic national context The supplier must be able to demonstrate a track record of; - Development of solutions supporting Primary Care/PCNs and health inequalities across a wide breadth of topics - Cross sector partnership development on these important agendas - Strategic awareness and input to developing initiatives around health inequalities and primary care - Working relationships/partnering arrangements with expert organisations giving access to expertise on strategic, legal, governance and other key enablers - Working closely with CSU’s, undertaking joint programmes to deliver health inequalities in primary care
