The London Fire Commissioner currently uses Citrix Netscalers for a variety of essential security and load balancing roles.  There are currently 7 Citrix Netscalers in the LFB infrastructure.  The 2 Netscalers that are used for remote access are end of life and require replacing.  These devices provide remote access functionality and security for all LFB remote access staff and 3rd parties that require access.
