NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE&I) (known as the Commissioners) are seeking suitably qualified Providers to join a new Framework for Lived Experiences. This project is being supported and run by NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU). A Glossary has been included within the published tender and Providers are encouraged to read this to ensure this notice is understood. You can access the tender free of charge with no commitment to respond. This is WINDOW 1 to allow Applications to become a Framework Member. Other Windows are anticipated at later dates and are to be confirmed. The Framework is currently being advertised to Providers who are or can provide Lived Experience Services in the following specialties: Lot 1 Health and Justice sector Lot 2 Armed Forces sector Lot 3 Sexual Assault Services Lot 4 Children & Young person’s services Although other Windows are expected, Providers are encouraged to Apply now so as to be able to take part in following Call-off procedures. Any value stated within this notice is not applicable due to it being related to the creation of a framework. This contract will establish a Framework and as such there is no guaranteed contract value, however the process that is being undertake will allow contracts to be awarded via this framework up to and over the threshold required for advertisement in the OJEU under current law (see Section 6 of Document 1 published with the tender for reference to the applicable law and Regulations). Providers must submit Applications via the Procurement Portal (EU Supply) at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=agcsu . All communication should now be made via the Procurement Portal, including clarification questions.

The anticipated timeline for the Tender process (Window 1) are: Tender sent for publication 23/07/2020 Deadline for receipt of clarification questions from prospective Applicants 5pm 10/08/2020 Deadline for receipt of Applications from Applicants 5pm 17/08/2020 Evaluation Period for evaluating Tender submissions and Clarification period (clarifications may be sent to you at any point; however, this is the anticipated time this will occur) 18/08/2020 – 09/09/2020 Preferred Applicant(s) announced, and 10-day Standstill Period commences 05/10/2020 Notify successful parties (Applicants) of close of standstill and parties to return their signed framework Agreement 16/10/2020 Framework Agreement starts 01/11/2020 Applicants should note that whilst AGCSU does not intend to depart from the timetable provided, it reserves the right to do so at any time and timescales may be brought forward if a proceeding step is found to take less time, APART FROM the tender deadline which will NOT be brought forward or end any earlier.
