The works will include the refurbishment of the following rooms:

Refreshment Room / Kitchen
Contemplation Room
The works will include remodelling the existing layouts, with new flooring, ceilings, doors and decoration throughout. The works will also include alteration and renewal of M&E including heating and lighting.  
The approximate combined GIA of the work areas is 1325m².
