Short description

The London Borough of Camden (‘the Council’) is seeking to award a contract for the provision of appointing a Lead Architect and supporting design services (Design Team) to develop a design for a new mixed-use regeneration quarter for its sites at 120-136 Camley Street and 3-30 Cedar Way. The Design Team is to be comprised of the following consultants:
• Architect and Lead Designer(s) – may include a consortium approach working alongside smaller and/or specialist architecture practices
• Landscape Architect
• Building Surveyor Engineer
• Structural Engineer
• Civil Engineer
• Principal Designer and Building Safety Manager
Prospective Design Team submissions are to provide fee proposals for services up to RIBA Stage 6 and if successful, will be engaged to develop a concept design proposal up to RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design).
The contract will be for 12 months commencing November 2020.
