Short description
This is an OJEU framework agreement for the supply of Flexible Gas and Electricity with a single source for each in two lots. The suppliers will subsequently contract with the authority’s customers as identified in the OJEU for the provision of energy.

Description of the procurement
The Energy Consortium (“The Authority”) has awarded a framework agreement contract under lot 1 to Corona Energy Retail 4 Limited for the supply of mains gas. The Authority’s customers enter call-off contracts under the terms of the framework agreement for the provision of mains gas from 1st October 2020.
